Return request
For eligible products, your intention to exercise the right of withdrawal must be communicated within 14 days of receiving your order.
Send your request to info@velvethair.it and include:
- order number;
- product concerned;
- reason for the request.
We will send you the return instructions.
Eligible products
Returns are available for non-cosmetic equipment and accessories, provided they have not been used, are intact and are returned in their original packaging.
Hair extensions, cosmetics and personalised products
For hygiene reasons and where provided for by applicable law, opened or used hair extensions, opened cosmetic products and personalised or altered products cannot be returned.
Damaged or incorrect product
Contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photographs of the product and any damage or discrepancy.
Refunds
Once the product has been received and inspected, any applicable refund will be handled in accordance with our Refund Policy and issued to the same payment method used for the purchase.
