1. SCOPE

These General Terms and Conditions govern the sale of products offered on velvethair.it (hereinafter the “Website”).

By placing an order, the customer declares that they have read, understood and fully accepted these terms.

2. SERVICE PROVIDER

The Website is operated by VELVET HAIR & BEAUTY EMANUELE SCARCIGLIA, with registered office at VIA TEVERE 114, VAT No. 05469040751

3. PRODUCTS

The Website offers for sale:

  • Hair extensions

  • Cosmetic products

  • Equipment and accessories

Images are for illustrative purposes. Slight variations in colour, shade or appearance may occur due to lighting, screen settings or processing.

4. CUSTOMISATION AND TECHNICAL WORK

Products, particularly hair extensions, may be subject to technical work and customisation.

Such work may be carried out:

  • at the customer's request

  • or at the seller's discretion, in order to ensure an optimal aesthetic result consistent with the selected characteristics

The customer expressly accepts such work.

All modified or processed products are to be considered personalised goods pursuant to Article 59 of Italian Legislative Decree 206/2005 and are not subject to the right of withdrawal.

5. COLOUR AND RESULT DISCLAIMER

The customer acknowledges that:

  • Colours displayed online may differ from the actual product

  • The final result of hair extensions depends on individual factors (natural hair, base and application)

  • A perfect 100% match is not guaranteed

  • If the colour selected when placing the order is unavailable, it will automatically be replaced with the closest available shade.

Purchase implies acceptance of all terms and conditions.

6. PRICES

All prices are expressed in Euro (€) and include VAT, unless otherwise stated.

7. PAYMENT

Payment is required when the order is placed.

The seller reserves the right to cancel orders in the event of anomalies or non-payment.

8. SHIPPING

Orders are processed within 7 business days.

Any delays not attributable to the seller do not give rise to liability.

9. DELIVERY AND RISK

Risk passes to the customer upon delivery.

The customer must check the integrity of the package upon receipt.

10. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

The right of withdrawal may be exercised within 14 days, only for goods identified as eligible on the returns and refunds information page.

11. EXCLUSIONS FROM WITHDRAWAL

The right of withdrawal is excluded for:

  • Opened or used hair extensions

  • Opened cosmetic products

  • Personalised or modified products (including modifications initiated by the seller)

12. RETURNS

Returns are accepted exclusively for unused equipment in intact condition.

13. REFUNDS

Refunds are issued within 14 days after the returned item has been inspected.

14. DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

Any issues must be reported within 48 hours with photographic evidence.

15. USE OF PRODUCTS

The customer is responsible for the correct use of the products.

The seller is not liable for:

  • Incorrect application

  • Subsequent treatments (colouring, heat, etc.)

  • Damage resulting from improper use

16. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

The seller is not liable for:

  • Results that do not meet subjective expectations

  • Colour differences

  • Individual reactions to cosmetics

  • Errors in the customer's choice

17. INDEMNIFICATION

The customer agrees to indemnify the seller against any liability arising from improper use of the products.

18. FORCE MAJEURE

The seller is not liable for delays or failures caused by force majeure events.

19. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on the Website is protected.

20. PRIVACY

Personal data is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy available on the Website.

21. GOVERNING LAW

Italian law applies.

22. JURISDICTION

The court of the consumer's place of residence or domicile shall have jurisdiction where the consumer is located in Italy.

23. SEVERABILITY

If any provision is found to be invalid, this will not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.
